Hey peeps(again)
for the Wednesday training, please come in the shoes that you are going to use for during the actual competition... This is compulsory as we want you to get use to the shoes you are using for the actual day. Also, try your best to come in BB Polo Tee and PE shorts.
As for thursday's Archery and Friday's training, i will post the details once i get it ASAP..
